Americans and agencies generally better understand the language of lawsuits. Polite requests and working with congress does not make sense to them.

EB3-India with PD 2003 and before - Most will be out by December 2008 -
Perhaps 10% may still rot in NC further.
EB3-India with PD JAN 2004 - DEC 2004 - Most will be out by August 2009
Perhaps 20% may still rot in NC
further.

I-485 reached NSC on July3rd. Still waiting ... Adding my name to the list here. I called USCIS after 90 days are passed, I got the answer that they do not see any thing in the system about my filings. Attorney said that she will use liaison to follow-up. Basically I got the same answer as lutherPraveen I guess. I am not sure how successful they will be by using liaisons. How can somebody in USCIS dig into the big pile of paper applications to find yours?

For that you will have to come from the drive-through.... then say 'pardon me' 3 times pretending that you were not able to hear the person on the other side, drive to the window with your wallet still in your back pocket, and ask for fries to be handed to you before handing over the money.
BTW, don't forget to ask for ketchup otherwise you will not get it.

I'm just sharing what my attorney told me about AC21. He says that he always has his clients inform the USCIS (not that one has to but that's what he does for his clients). He says that apparently before the USCIS adjudicates the I-485, they tend to issue an RFE, just to make sure you're working or have the job offer etc. So an RFE isn't unusual or a problem, it's just routine. Also, he says to make sure that the old company makes the job fit. He said to check the codes from the labor cert. approval to see if the new job falls within the same category as the old. I certainly will use AC21 when I find a new job and I wish everyone luck whatever you decide to do.

thanks a lot guyz for all ur replies. My only concern is can they claim the GC expenses(lawyer fee and advertisement costs involved in PERM filing) as the expenses they incurred because of me leaving the company if they file a law suit using non compete. There is no other expense relocation, training or another kind of expense that company has incurred for me(not a single penny except h1b filing). and one more thing i want to let u know is that i am workign with the same client just changed my h1b to PF. Will that be a trouble??? As i have already mentioned earlier in the agreement of company A with PF when i joined the company clearly specifies that PF can take me immediately upon my termination with company A.

What the other post said is very true. We have 45000 members in this board, a significant majority of them are EB3. Even if 50% of the members 22000 (as an example ) contributed 25$ each, IV would have more than half a million bucks. With this money EB backlog plight could easily come out in mainstream media. Just because you, as a person, contributed does not mean all of EB people are contributing. Realizing our problem is the first step in solving it. Problem is people are not willing to contribute to IV, either their money or time, but want issues solved. Doesn't work that way..
Again the original poster is correct in his statement.

When the cases gets shuffled around the country from NSC to CSC and back, the dtabases are separate. FP notices are generated when information on different databases are alligned together.

2) Can we bring our family memembers also.......

Yes, we will finalize by tonight the text for the flyers for posting in the grocery stores. We need volunteers for putting out these flyers. If you want to help please PM me your contact details. There is a conference call t'night at 7:30 p.m. for allocation of duties.
I already have four volunteers need more.
